1. Do I need an account to browse?

You can browse and search ads without logging in, but some features require an account.

2. How do I post an ad?

Create an account, verify your email if required, then use the Post Ad page from the navigation menu.

3. Why is my ad not visible yet?

Your ad may be pending moderation depending on current site settings.

4. Can I edit or delete my ad?

Yes. Open your dashboard and go to My Ads to edit or remove your listings.

5. How do bookmarks work?

Open an ad page and click Save Ad. You can view and remove saved items in Dashboard > Bookmarks.

6. How do I search and use filters?

You can search from the homepage or navbar using Category, Location, Keyword, and Radius. On the Search page, click Show Filters to open advanced filters such as sort order, photos only, age range, your age, and bedroom role (when available for the selected subcategory). After changing location or radius, click Change Location to apply those updates. Use Reset to clear filter-only fields while keeping your main search context.

7. How do I read my messages?

Go to Dashboard > Messages. Select a conversation from the left column to open the full thread on the right. New messages are marked in the conversation list and are cleared when you open that conversation.

8. How do I delete conversations in Messages?

Open Dashboard > Messages and select conversations in the left column. A normal click selects one conversation. Use Shift + Click to select a range, and Ctrl + Click (or Cmd + Click on Mac) to add or remove individual conversations. The delete button appears only when at least one conversation is selected and updates to Delete Conversation for one selection or Delete X Conversations for multiple selections.

9. Is messaging encrypted?

Yes. Messaging is completely end-to-end encrypted, including message text and message attachments. Only you and the intended recipient can read the content.

10. What if I have a safety concern?

Do not share sensitive personal information, and always meet in safe public places when possible.

11. How do I delete my account?

Go to Dashboard > Account Settings, then use the Delete Account section. You must enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm. This action is permanent and removes your ads and messages.
